I am excited to announce the release of the Bulletproof Program Series. This series is the result of my 8 years of experience working in upper level rehabilitation and performance training. While every chronic injury is unique to the individual, I have noticed a pattern in the soft tissue release, priming, and strengthening exercises required to improve the injury resiliency of certain joints.
