Being a personal trainer for over 10 years, I understand that everybody’s goals, injury history, and training history are as unique as their own fingerprint. I have had the privilege of working with a variety of people with a range of fitness and performance goals. Through personal training, I provide a customized workout and training program. Personal training is ideal for those who seek individualized accountability, direction, and support with their fitness and performance goals.

Step 1. Choose how you want to train

In-Person Training

In-Person training is the most accountable and engaging form of personal training. We will meet for 1 hour sessions either at a location of your choice in the greater Denver area or at the Relive Gym in Wheat Ridge, CO. There are no additional charge or fees for training at your location or at the American Power Factor Gym.

Remote Training

Remote personal training maintains all of the qualities of a in person personal training session but is performed through video conferencing during your workout.

Online Training

Online personal training is for those who don’t live near the Denver, CO area, or training in-person doesn’t fit within your lifestyle. I provide a monthly workout program for you to do on your own with frequent phone or video calls to maintain accountability and to ensure the programs are meeting your performance goals.

Hybrid Training

Hybrid personal training is a combination of in-person and online training. It maintains the structure of online training (4-week programs and regular communications) and also includes an in-person session once a month.

Frequently Asked Questions – Plans and Prices

How can I use these sessions?

You may choose to schedule these sessions with me or on the Vagaro app (set-up after your 1st session) at your leisure throughout your payment month. All sessions must be used within the payment month. Any remaining sessions will not rollover to the following month. If you are unsure of which plan is best for you, please let me know and I would be happy to help you decide which works best within your current fitness plan.

What can I do when I’m on vacation, travelling for work, or life just gets busy?

I understand that sometimes you will need to take a break from training in-person with me. I can pause or prorate your account from 1 week up to 3 months. Please notify me of pauses or requests to prorate with a minimum 7-day written notice. Alternatively, if you are travelling and unable to use your sessions at our usual gym space, I can remotely train you or prepare a workout for you in advance for you to do abroad with the equipment you have available. This will be considered a 1:1 exchange for each session.

How does financing monthly work?

Once you have a credit card on file for your account through the Vagaro App. Your automatic, reoccurring scheduled payment date will occur one month from the first session of your monthly plan.

How do I change my plan?

You may change or cancel your plan at any time with a written minimum 7-day notice. If you change or cancel your plan, the plan will update or discontinue at the end of your current prepaid month. You may add individual sessions ($100 each) to your monthly plan anytime.
