Due to COVID-19, the landscape for personal training is constantly changing. This page is to update current and future training clients on the measures and guidelines Odyssey Performance Training will be adhering to. We have always prioritized the health and safety of our clients, and in this continued effort we will be following the recommendations of the CDC and the Colorado Department of Public Health. For more information on COVID-19, please visit the CDC’s website directly.
May 11, 2020
We hope you and your loved ones have been able to stay safe and healthy during this uncertain time. We were disappointed when in-person training had to be discontinued in early March; however, we are excited to announce that as of May 11, 2020 in-person training at American Power Factor Gym has reopened. In an effort to keep in-person clients safe, we require that clients wear a face mask, wash hands before and after the workout, and respect the guidelines of social distancing (> 6 feet between others) during the training session. We will only train one person (or persons within a single household) per hour. All equipment will be cleaned by the trainer before and after the hour of use for personal training.
Online training has and will always be available for clients interested in continuing their training remotely and at their own convenience. If you are interested or have questions on how online training could look for you, please e-mail Nick Smith at OdysseyPerformanceTraining@gmail.com.
