Nick Smith – Personal Trainer

I’m a human performance trainer from Denver, Colorado and the founder of Odyssey Performance Training. I began my personal training journey at a high level rehab facility, where I worked alongside athletic trainers and physical therapists to support patients in returning to their everyday life and competitive or recreational performance goals. I have more than 10 years of professional experience training weekend warriors, adolescents, professional athletes, and those in advanced-age. Some of their goals have included weight loss, corrective exercise, and sports-specific training. Similar to the uniqueness of our morning coffee order, human biomechanics and physiology are specific to each person. It is with this belief I design and compose specific training plans customized to your individual performance goals with your injury and training history in mind.
